ABOUT ME Holi Birman

Holi has many years of therapeutic experience and brings a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to her counselling. She tailors her session to the needs of the individual or family and works collaboratively and openly with them to build insight and facilitate change and growth.

Holi specialises in working with adolescents, and families, as well as people living with disability and illness, carers and those with lived experience of loss and grief. She has a particular interest in identity formation and attachment theory, and exploring the impact of small ‘t’ trauma as well as major traumatic experiences.
