Our Clinical Services

Child and Family Therapy

Child and family therapy involves therapeutic interventions that address both individual children's emotional and behavioral issues as well as the dynamics and interactions within the family unit.

Individuals and Couples Therapy

Individual therapy involves one-on-one sessions between a therapist and a client to address personal challenges, while couples therapy focuses on resolving conflicts and enhancing communication within a romantic partnership through sessions involving both partners and a therapist.

Post-Separation Therapy and Mediation

Post-separation family therapy helps separated families navigate emotional and practical challenges while family mediation facilitates constructive communication and negotiation to reach agreements in a neutral and facilitated environment.
