Suzanne Stowe
Susie is a highly experienced and deeply capable clinician with an extensive background supporting young people and families. She brings a wealth of therapeutic knowledge drawn from many years of practice, including her work as a school counsellor in high schools and her earlier career as a secondary school teacher with leadership roles in student wellbeing.
Known for her warmth, authenticity, and deep empathy, Susie creates a safe and nurturing space where children, adolescents, and families feel genuinely heard and supported. She is passionate about fostering personal growth and facilitating meaningful change, guided by a strong belief in the power of connection, validation, and meeting each person with respect and compassion.
Susie holds a Master of Arts and a Master of Clinical Counselling. She has undertaken further training in adolescent development, person-centred counselling, and the treatment of anxiety, deepening her expertise in supporting complex emotional and developmental needs.
Specialising in work with young people and families, Susie brings a strengths-based approach that values each individual’s unique story. Her calm, grounded presence and skilled therapeutic insight enable her to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their support networks.
